Kylie has over 17 years’ experience in Property Management, originally starting a career as a property manager in the NT before moving to Smallacombe Sanderson in 2007. Kylie also had another move interstate for 3 ½ years and before returning to Smallacombe Sanderson in 2016. During her time with Smallacombe Sanderson she also had experience in positions of Sales Administrator, quality manager and property manager. Kylie now holds the role of Property Management Department Manager. All this experience has allowed her to build a strong foundation of customer service skills, great interaction with people and a knowledge of professional business conduct. Kylie brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her position within the company and possesses all the qualities that hold her in good stead for the demands of the industry. Combining knowledge and experience with a hands-on approach; Kylie ensures all issues are resolved, no matter how trivial. Her business philosophy is to be honest, hardworking, and committed to providing the best results for her clients.
