Mary Balendra commenced her career as a teacher and entered the world of Real Estate in 1998.

She brings to her profession a wealth of experience gained over her various fields of endeavour and provides a warm friendly and considerate approach with genuine concern for her clients. Most of her work is repeat business or referrals from satisfied customers.

Mary helps the Vendors to prepare their home for sale; probably one of your biggest financial assets and one in which you have invested a lot of time, labour and love. Mary aims to make the process of property presentation as painless as possible, with the goal of adding value to the home and ensuring the final touches are in place to make it ready for open inspections and ultimately ‘achieving a brilliant sale result’.

Mary has lived in the Eastern suburbs for over 30 years with her husband and two successful adult children. Her local network of friends and business contacts is vast. Reading is also one of her passions. She belongs to two book clubs – one at Burnside library.

Dear Mary, Just a short note to express Pat’s and my appreciation for your work in selling Sherwood Terrace for us. The result exceeded our expectations and makes the transfer to our smaller abode much easier. We value your friendship and will attempt to keep in touch in the future. Again, thank you.

Mary, This letter is to thank you for your efforts and success in selling our house. We are pleased that you were able to attract and target the right buyer ready to meet our strict time frames and selling conditions and of course, price. I will be recommending you, and Smallacombe Real Estate, highly to all that are considering selling their properties. Many thanks and I look forward to again working with you sometime in the future should the need arise.
